We propose to complete the kinematic mapping of the Perseus Cluster, the brightest cluster in X-rays, enabling the first comprehensive spatially resolved characterization of gas motions within a cool core. This will allow us to address key open questions on AGN feedback, turbulent re-acceleration of cosmic rays, turbulence cascade, and cluster assembly history. Our plan includes ten new Resolve pointings which, combined with existing PV + Cal + GO1/2 data, will fully map the central 100 kpc and densely sample 100 - 200 kpc. The resulting dataset will also be a valuable legacy resource for the community.
